  • All payments must be made through authorized banking channels only.

6. Liability

  • However, RTC Express shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or situations beyond our control.

  • Any claim for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 working days of delivery.
